1xp's Terms and Conditions

1xp (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an international online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and 1xp.

To create an account and use services on 1xp, you must meet the requirements below. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

• Each individual may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to us immediately.
• Each member is solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Registering with a false name, address, or identity will result in permanent account closure.

1xp's services are intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. This is not a matter open to discussion — it is a firm, non-negotiable policy.

At any stage of registration or thereafter, we may request a copy of a government-issued ID, national identity card, or passport for age verification purposes. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

All betting activity on 1xp is governed by the rules set out below. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for every member.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless 1xp decides to make an exception under special circumstances.
• Winnings obtained through any system error or bug will not be considered valid. In such cases, 1xp reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account in question.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the member's account.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other misconduct will result in permanent account closure.
• In live betting, odds can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• 1xp reserves the right to accept or decline any bet, particularly in cases involving suspicious activity.

1xp supports Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, as well as international payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set individually for each payment method and are listed on the Payments page.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

1xp regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before accepting. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements, which are typically 10–35 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• 1xp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• For referral bonuses, the referred person must complete a genuine deposit and betting activity.

• For engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If identified as a minor.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned through the standard process.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours.

• In all disputes, 1xp's decision shall be considered final unless overturned by a court of law.
• 1xp accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical errors or server issues.
• 1xp is not responsible for failures on the part of third-party payment systems.
• 1xp is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during gameplay.
